Hey guys,

I started a blog - it's an extremely uninteresting saturday evening and I'm watching Prime news at the place I'm housesitting in Whitby (NZ), too lazy to have a shower after my bike ride around the Pauatahanui Inlet. Looks like it will be much better weather tomorrow for NZ - sheesh it is the coldest it's been in a while - good thing they breed us Cryers hard! And I have to say Ice Breakers and Kathmandu Windstopper vests are the best thing to wear cycling in NZ.

What could I possibly write that would be interesting to you guys reading... well I discovered I have another thing wrong with me - but it could explain the other things wrong with me possibly - I have this thing called Irlen Syndrome - see www.irlen.com - but oh my gosh - shock horror, it's fixable by tinting my glasses slightly - they just have to find out which colour would fix it. Ooh I hope it's a cool colour :o) And who knows, I might start getting straight A's at uni?! (and ideally my dizzyness and headaches will mysteriously disapear forever)

Gosh I hope it works, if it does, man watch out, I'm going to be going hard out to make up for all the time I've wasted being sick and miserable for the last year! Got to make the most of life while you can guys! Oh my gosh what am I going to do... well qualify as a midwife, go back to the UK for either a visit or a bit of an OE and check out Europe. Do that caravan trip around Aussie - ok maybe no one will want to come with me because apparently caravans aren't cool anymore (oh please!). Maybe a tent and a Toyota Hiace van. Mountain bike the queen charlotte track. And whatever else God has planned for me - hey I'm totally open!

Oh but in the mean time I need a job, an exciting fulltime job, I don't want to get bored... hoping God will hook me up soon, let me know if you know of anything fun going. Just need to use that brain of mine. It would be really fun - I reckon, to work for a startup company - for some entrepreneurs, and help them "systemise their business" so I can work really hard and doing a bit of everything and take the stress off them, I love doing that kind of stuff. I've discovered I like working with entrepreneurs - hello I had sooo much fun working for George! And then there's that company in Wellington with the really cool food ordering websites and till ordering systems (Gobius) that I might have had a special interest in recently too :o) see www.spikefin.co.nz

Hey I came across a fantastic bible verse this week, inspired me with all the health dramas I've had over the past year - reminded me that God is in control of what's going on in my life - phew! "I will lead her out into the desert and speak tenderly to her there. I will return her vineyards to her and transform the Valley of Trouble into a gateway of hope." Hosea 2:14,15.
Also that whole thing in John about the vine and the branches God really used to speak to me this week too - stoked!

Laterz, till my next post - I'll add some pics to make it more interesting then.

Hey Joy! Guess who?
Very cool that you started a blog.
Of course, I started one some time ago and its hardly been looked at outside of a few of our friends.
Plus I haven't updated for a couple of months, though I'm gonna jump back into it once I get the net on at my new place.

Check out whats already there...

Its pretty crude and nasty at times, but theres some interesting commentary and info on how screwed up our world is, plus movie ramblings and bizarre comedy crap.

PS...still have to check out my flat!
